Tips:

Moderate Self-Awareness (16 -24 points)

Insight: You have a developing awareness of yourself, but there is room to grow. You may recognize patterns in your behavior but sometimes struggle to manage or change them effectively.


Tips:


  • Practice mindfulness or meditation to stay present.

  • Keep a strengths and weaknesses journal to gain deeper clarity.

  • Engage in deep conversations that challenge your perspective.

  • Seek professional or peer mentorship for personal growth.

  • Push yourself to face uncomfortable truths and embrace self-improvement.


High Self-Awareness (25-30 points)

Kudos! You have a strong level of self-awareness. You actively reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and use this insight to grow. This means you are likely more resilient, emotionally intelligent, and intentional in your decisions.
